BriefVision is built for legal and evidential material where confidentiality matters. Hosted on Microsoft Azure, the platform uses enterprise-grade security controls to help protect documents, extracted text, search results and AI-assisted analysis throughout the case review process.
Your case data is not used to train AI models. When BriefVision uses Azure OpenAI, prompts, outputs, embeddings and uploaded case material are processed to provide the service, but are not used to train, retrain or improve Azure OpenAI foundation models, and are not made available to other customers or to OpenAI for model training.
BriefVision also uses privacy-conscious logging and retention practices. Sensitive case content, raw document text, AI prompts, AI outputs and search queries are not retained in application logs by default. Where detailed diagnostic data is required, it is handled as sensitive case data and controlled through appropriate access, retention and deletion processes.
